SOUL CUT

SOUL CUT

As a licensed cosmetologist, I spent over a decade working in the fashion world before realizing I was ready to step out of the augmented reality of image and go deeper into the true essence of beauty. For nearly two decades I have been holding ceremonies around beauty, honoring it not as appearance alone but as a sacred expression of who we are, inside and out.

In these sessions we tend to both inner and outer beauty. Hair becomes a living symbol. When we cut, we focus on release, the letting go, the shedding of what no longer serves. When we color, we focus on creation, manifesting and calling in what is ready to come.

Together we move through a past, present, and future transmission, gaining clarity on what has been, what is, and what is to come. This is beauty not as vanity but as ritual, transformation, and remembrance.

Hair Ceremony: Sliding scale $200 to $800

Full Beauty Rewind: A deeper journey including hair, wardrobe redefinition, and embracing the body as canvas. Exchange $2,000 to $7,000

“It's quite indescribable, the power and positivity an intentional haircut will provide. Most don't consider the history stored in the hair, let alone the potential a new style can open up in a persons being. Receiving a ritualized hair cut from Ash will forever change my approach to receiving this service. It's not something I do monthly, but even if I did, the care and attention Ash offers with her potent questions and oracular tending and wisdom makes the potential of transformation ever more available. I had no idea what I was stepping into but I'm sure glad I came. Part therapy, part threshold ceremony and the hairstyle we conjured was so flattering and lasting, I will definitely land in her chair on the season if not more often.

Thanks Ash, for your sensitivity and your support in letting go to bring in fresh light, style and life to my visage.”

“I feel really safe in Ash’s care. I not only trust her with my hair but my stories. The way she connects letting go of your hair with other dispensable parts in life feels significant, something I definitely need reminding of at least a few times a year.”
